Abstract submission guidelines

• Abstract topics must be allocated to the specific topic of the scientific program
• Presentation type: oral presentation – 10 minutes long (8 minutes presentation and 2 minutes for questions)
• Abstract editing: Arial 12, double -spaced
• Please send your abstract on the email info@omfs.be at the latest at 12 pm on the 6th of December (for the Spring meeting in March) or on the 6th of August (for the Fall meeting in November)

Please provide the following information

• Abstract title in UPPER CASE
• Author and co-authors’ details o Full first and family name o Affiliation details (department, institution, city)
• First author is also the presenting author
• Presenting author’s contact details (email address)
• Abstract text o limited to 200 words o use the following headings: Background – Methods – Results – Conclusions

Waarom (opnieuw) registreren op de website omfs.be?

Opnieuw registreren is nodig omdat we een nieuwe database moeten opbouwen van de leden gegevens. Alle oude login gegevens komen te vervallen. Vandaar is het absoluut noodzakelijk u opnieuw te registreren.

Let op dit betreft geen nieuwe aanvraag tot lidmaatschap! Qua lidmaatschap blijft alles zoals het was.

Hoe registreren?

1. Gaat naar het menu ‘Beroepsverenigingen’
2. Kies bij 1 van de verenigingen voor ‘Lid worden’
3. Vul het formulier in

Let op dit betreft geen nieuwe aanvraag tot lidmaatschap! Qua lidmaatschap blijft alles zoals het was.

Problemen met inloggen

Het is op dit moment nog niet mogelijk om in te loggen. Niet met oude gegevens en niet met nieuwe gegevens.

U wordt later op de hoogte gehouden wanneer inloggen mogelijk is met de nieuwe gegevens.
