Salivary gland tumors exhibit significant diversity, with parotid gland tumors being the most prevalent. A ten-year retrospective study at the University Hospital of Liège was conducted on patients with parotid gland tumors. This study encompassed an analysis on epidemiological data, including age, sex, laterality, and histological type. Indeed, only anatomopathology can provide a definitive diagnosis, particularly as regards the benign or malignant nature of tumors, enabling an appropriate therapeutic approach. All of these tumors were assessed through radiological examination, mainly MRI, to identify specific characteristics that could guide the diagnosis
